The skin protects us : it is our boundary between ourselves and the world. It also reveals very obvious connections to your inner self.

Tactile sensitivity is your body’s way of healing past hurts.

Rashes are your need for something to break out.

Acne puts up a defense, while having that need for something to break out. For teens, this is often dealing with sexuality.

Eczema flares up under stress and reveals an over-sensitive nature. (I have this problem!)
